This is a really weird question but why don't you ever hear of the breeding season affecting actively racing horses? Obviously those in breeding careers it does, but do racing males get aggressive with each other and try to you know, uh romance racing fillies? Humans have altered these horses' natural habits in so many ways but surely this is one thing people can't control…

Well, where racehorses are kept to themselves, it’s not really much of a problem. They’re mostly just kept in their stalls and only come out to exercise or travel. However, in company, there are horses who savage others and who drop to show they’re a stallion. There’s been some stories of colts trying to get the attention of fillies during races that I’ve heard, but those are few and far between. Human intervention and their “isolation” keep them mostly occupied during their racing career, I think.
